Job summary

HAZA BELL, a Taco Bell franchisee in Williamsport, is hiring a Restaurant Crew Member. You will work with a team to deliver fast, friendly service, prepare and package food, and keep the dining area clean and safe.

You will greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and support teammates during busy periods. Prior experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions, with a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: greet customers, take orders, provide recommendations, ensure friendly service.
• Food Preparation and Assembly: prepare and assemble items per recipes and standards.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and kitchen areas.
• Teamwork and Communication: collaborate with team, communicate orders and issues.
• Compliance and Policies: follow all policies and safety guidelines.
• Upselling and Promotion: inform customers of promotions and loyalty programs.
