Taco Bell is hiring a Restaurant Crew Member to join a fast-paced franchise location. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare and assemble food, and help maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

Responsibilities include delivering friendly service, answering questions, handling payments, and supporting teammates during busy periods. Prior experience is preferred but not required, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to enhance the customer experience.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management regarding orders and issues.
• Upsell and promote loyalty programs and specials.
