Wonder is hiring Team Members in Newark, DE to prepare menu items to Wonder standards and ensure clean, organized work stations. You will greet guests, help with orders and payments, and support delivery and meal-kit operations while maintaining high energy and a positive team environment.

This role offers full-time and part-time shifts, weekend availability, and benefits including meals, insurance, and 401(k). Training and growth into Trainer/Supervisor roles are available.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization and clear verbal communication; follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities
