Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Guest service guidelines and ensures guests receive SUPERSTAR service.
• Works assigned station(s), cleans, stocks, and handles other duties as assigned.
• Ensures hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers per Menu Standards.
• Handles all food products per company procedures; follows food safety and sanitation rules.
• Follows cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs; uses all supplies and equipment properly.
• Demonstrates effective oral communication with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties or special projects as business conditions require.
