Job Summary

We are looking for reliable crew members to join our fast‑paced restaurant. Crew members may work as a cashier, prepare food in the kitchen, or assist with general restaurant duties depending on the business needs.

You are responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the restaurant manager and other team members, maintaining operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Managers. It has direct interactions with guests and members of the field operations team.

A Crew Member may work cashier, cook, and general crew duties as needed. Crew members often rotate between stations so it's crucial our team members are well versed on all job stations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations (cook and cashier).
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Greet guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments; operate POS register.
• Prepare and package food and drink products.
• Cook menu items during station rotations.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times including dining room, restroom, and exterior.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory items as needed.
• Promote punctual attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follow Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Balance cash register.
• Scan goods and ensure appropriate pricing is accurate.
• Issue coupons, vouchers, stamps, and gift cards.
• Upsell and cross‑sell when appropriate.
