Slows Bar BQ, a Detroit-based award-winning restaurant known for its chef-driven spin on barbecue, craft beer, and community involvement, is seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Crew Members. As a member of our crew, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
