Compensation : $14.70 / hour + an incredible tip share program. Our Restaurant Squad Members average almost $4 / hour in tip earnings!

Summary

As a part of our Restaurant Squad, Crew Members aim to consistently deliver great customer service and the MOD Pizza experience. You’re going to make pizzas that are as beautiful and fun as you are, in a cool environment with authentic vibes.

You will make pizzas for pineapple adventurers, plant-based pioneers, and pepperoni perfectionists. For late-night explorers, cheese lovers, and olive dodgers. Together, we’re creating an experience dedicated to making sure everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make customer pizzas, salads, and more
• Package customer orders with urgency
• Follow all food safety and quality standards
• Keep the restaurant clean and ready to deliver excellent customer service
• Demonstrate hospitality fundamentals: friendly, accurate, and fast service
• Work with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Passion for people, enjoy connecting with crew members and customers
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the restaurant’s success
