Crew Member - TICE Chicken Holdings

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market! As a Crew Member, your responsibilities include serving guests courteously, preparing and cooking food, and packaging orders accurately and efficiently, following the Operating Standards Manual. Tasks should be completed promptly, neatly, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

• Guest Services: Greet customers with enthusiasm, promote positivity, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain efficiency to meet service speed and accuracy standards.
• Fill orders precisely within mandated times.
• Handle customer payments accurately, give correct change, and process transactions securely.
• Deliver orders, thank customers, and invite them to return.
• Manage cash drawer responsibly, including counting and security measures.
• Report any issues or equipment problems to management immediately.
• Address customer complaints promptly and escalate as needed.
• Keep parking lot, exterior, and interior areas clean and inviting.
• Maintain sanitation standards in all customer and food prep areas.

No prior restaurant experience required; training will be provided.
