Vail Resorts in Washington is hiring for winter 2026/27 for cooks, drivers, instructors and more. Seasonal positions offer a chance to live in the mountains, earn $20/hr, and enjoy employee passes, discounts and pathways to professional growth.

Join the Food & Beverage team to learn the culinary side, serve guests, work with a fun team, and build memorable experiences while upholding core values. Training is provided to help you develop and succeed in a dynamic mountain resort environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
