Job summary

Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow, VT is hiring a Restaurant Crew for the 2026/2027 winter season. The role offers full-time and part-time shifts with a starting wage of $20 per hour, and no prior experience is required.

You will engage guests, support food and beverage service, and help maintain clean, efficient stations in a fast-paced mountain environment. We emphasize teamwork, safety, and an exceptional guest experience, with housing not provided and minor labor laws observed.

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs

• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leaderships guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Set beverage stations and food displays, cashier, greet guests and bus tables
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
• Other duties as assigned
• Work a varied schedule including weekends & holidays

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $20/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

• A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:
• Mountain Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
