Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for a Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Restaurant Crew role in the Kirkwood area. The position offers full-time hours with starting wage of $20.00 per hour and housing availability.

You will interact with guests, support multiple departments, and help create memorable mountain experiences during busy winter periods. No prior experience is required as training is provided; candidates should be ready to learn, stay active, and communicate in English.Weekend and holiday work is

Qualifications

• Stand/walk for extended periods; lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with service needs.
• Set up beverage stations and food displays; cashier and bus tables.
• Follow daily pre-shift guidelines from leadership.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations during and after shifts.
• Make connections with guests and coworkers; share mountain passion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and coworkers.
• Share our passion for the mountains during service.
• Follow the leadership’s guidelines as outlined during the daily pre‑shift meeting.
• Set beverage stations and food displays, cashier, greet guests and bus tables.
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday.
