Job summary

Vail Resorts in Pennsylvania is hiring for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. A Restaurant Crew team member will support multiple departments to deliver an Experience of a Lifetime for guests and teammates. Starting wage is $20/hr with full-time and part-time hours available; must be 16+ and capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Background checks with PA state will be required. We offer ski passes, employee discounts, 401(k), EAP, training and development, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers.
• Share our passion for the mountains during service.
• Follow the leadership guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting.
• Set beverage stations and food displays, cashier, greet guests and bus tables.
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday.
• Other duties as assigned.

A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

• Mountain Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The role you are being hired into requires further background check clearances by the State of Pennsylvania, which will need to be completed before you can begin work.

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
