Vail Resorts at Keystone Resort in Keystone, CO is seeking energetic Restaurant Crew for Winter 2026/27. Starting wage is $20 per hour with full-time hours available during the winter season.

Housing is available for eligible team members, and you will work in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. You will learn multiple aspects of food and beverage operations while delivering an Experience of a Lifetime for guests and fellow employees by living our core values: Serve Others, Do Right, Drive

Qualifications

• No formal experience required
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Desire to learn and grow
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 40lbs

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leadership’s guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Set beverage stations and food displays, cashier, greet guests and bus tables
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
• Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $20/hr

The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
