Ian's Pizza in Madison, WI is seeking friendly servers to join our lively NY-style kitchen. No experience required, entry-level positions with clear growth paths, flexible hours, and a fun team environment.

As a server, you’ll greet guests, take orders, deliver slices, rings up at the register, and keep the dining area clean and stocked. You’ll join a fast-paced crew that values teamwork, pizza love, and great tips.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly.
• Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant biz.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
• Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments.
• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
• Able to read, write, and speak English comfortably with team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, get slices in and out of ovens, mix salads, take pickup orders by phone and at the counter, and ring up at the register.

About The Role

Jump in and keep things moving! As a server, you are the friendly face slinging slices and making customers' days. You'll greet customers, get slices in and out of the finishing ovens, mix salads, take pick-up orders by phone and at the counter, and ring folks up at the register.

You'll also keep your area clean and well-stocked, work with the team to complete shift checklists, and you'll pitch in where needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

No experience required, though previous server or customer service experience is a huge plus. We offer clear paths for growth, with ongoing training and opportunities for promotion.

Scheduling

We're open Sunday-Wednesday 11am-10pm, Thursday 11am-2am, and Friday-Saturday 11am-2:30am! Some typical FOH shifts include lunch (9/10am-4/5pm), dinner (4/5pm-10pm-12am), and late night (9/10pm-4am).

Late-night shifts (9/10pm-4am) are required once per week.

The action happens on evenings and weekends! The ovens are roaring, the line's bumping, and the energy's high. We'll need you in the mix.
