Job summary

Kalahari Resorts LLC is seeking passionate Production Cooks to join our Banquet and Production kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment. Production Cooks prepare and cook high-quality food according to established recipes, maintain a clean workstation, and collaborate with the culinary team to deliver timely meals.

Pay rate is $15-$18 per hour with both full-time and part-time opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant/production kitchen.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and maintain an organized, well-stocked workstation.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
• Follow safe food handling and temperature-control procedures.
