Your Role

As a Restaurant Cook, you will deliver quality food to our customers, manage inventories, and ensure that guest service meets Neiman Marcus standards. This position is onsite and reports to the Restaurant Manager.

What You'll Do

1. Ensure smooth restaurant operations by preparing and coordinating food production for daily menus and special events.
2. Monitor inventory costs and profitability through proper use of production, build-to, and order sheets.
3. Communicate supply needs to the head cook.
4. Consult with the supervisor for any special preparation requirements.
5. Maintain kitchen equipment and report malfunctions.
