Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Wingstop standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and sanitation.
• Maintain focus on tasks in a calm, efficient manner.
• Provide positive, lasting impressions of the Wingstop experience to guests.
• Practice safe cooking procedures.
• Scan and comprehend order tickets quickly.
• Count wings and strips for each order accurately.
• Coordinate cooking times with timers for wings and fries.
• Prepare sauces, seasonings, and package orders.
• Count cooked items into proper sauce bowls.
• Cook and prepare wings, strips and fries in the correct fryers and baskets.
• Refresh fryer shortening daily following safety procedures.
• Keep the kitchen clean throughout the shift and at closing time.
• Notify Manager on Duty of safety, sanitation, or employee issues.
• Assist other employees as needed.
