This position involves working in a fast-paced, health-focused environment, preparing menu items according to recipes, and maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring kitchen safety
• Cleaning kitchen equipment and dishes
• Managing food production flow at various stations
• Following recipes to ensure quality and consistency

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift over 20 lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to work stationary and move about the cafe
• ServSafe certification within 90 days of hire
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire

Preferred: Experience in fast casual or full-service restaurants, and recipe prep experience.

Pay: Starting at $18.75/hour, up to $22.25/hour based on experience.
