POSITION SUMMARY

As a Team Member & Cook, your responsibilities include preparing food and serving guests, while maintaining high-quality standards by following our safety and quality protocols.

Job Functions:

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and in accordance with proper time & temperature standards.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Work cooperatively with management and team members, maintaining respectful relationships.
7. Represent and promote the QDOBA brand as an ambassador.
8. Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to ensure standards are met.
9. Maintain a professional appearance and meet company standards.
10. Follow all sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
11. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
12. Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
13. Serve guests following recipes and preparation guidelines.
14. Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.
