The Restaurant Cook oversees daily operations of the grill and food prep. Responsibilities include proper food handling, preparation, and storage, providing excellent customer service, and being a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time, in a clean, complete uniform.
• Greet customers warmly with a smile and verbal greeting.
• Prepare food promptly after orders are placed.
• Complete checklists, stock, and prepare for the next shift.
• Report safety concerns or customer complaints immediately to the manager.
• Know the menu and daily features, ensuring correct cooking and presentation.
• Follow the steps of service to maximize sales.
• Adhere to safety, food handling, cash security, and restaurant policies.
• Perform prepping and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Control food costs by managing waste and portions.

Qualifications
