Job Summary

The Restaurant Cook oversees the daily operation of the grill and food prep in the restaurant. Responsibilities include proper food preparation, handling, storage, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires being a strong team player and collaborating with franchise partners.

Responsibilities

1. Report to work on time in proper uniform.
2. Greet customers warmly and courteously.
3. Prepare food promptly after orders are received.
4. Complete shift checklists, stock, and prepare the unit for the next shift.
5. Report safety concerns and customer complaints immediately to management.
6. Know the menu and daily features, ensuring correct cooking and presentation.
7. Follow the steps of service to maximize sales.
8. Adhere to safety, food handling, cash security, and other restaurant policies.
9. Perform prepping and cleaning duties as assigned.
10. Control food costs by managing waste and portion sizes.

Qualifications
