Job summary

Crafted Staff is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent for restaurant projects in Southeast Florida. The role focuses on field leadership, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedule, quality, and safety from mobilization to turnover.

You will manage day-to-day field operations, review drawings, track RFIs, and drive project closeout while reporting to the Project Management team. Procore experience is preferred; GC background required.

Qualifications

• Commercial Construction Superintendent with GC experience.
• Restaurant construction experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors.
• Read and interpret drawings, specs, shop drawings.
• Knowledge of scheduling, RFIs, inspections.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous onsite supervision while construction activities are underway.
• Manage day-to-day field operations from project startup through turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, sequencing, materials, equipment, and deliveries.
• Hold subcontractors accountable for schedule, quality, safety, and performance.
• Conduct regular subcontractor and project coordination meetings.
• Maintain effective communication with Project Management and other team members.
