Job summary

A boutique construction company is seeking a Superintendent to oversee construction projects in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting, specifically in restaurant fit-outs, and OSHA 30 certification. Responsibilities include leading project teams, managing subcontractor activities, and ensuring compliance with contracts. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of GC superintendent experience.
• Experience in restaurant build-out/interior fit-out.
• OSHA 30 certified.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Applicants must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Must live in South Florida and commute to job sites across Miami-Dade/Broward/Palm Beach counties.

Responsibilities

• Leads the project team through active communication and planning.
• Oversees and coordinates all subcontractor activities.
• Manages all logistics for the jobsite.
• Ensures that work is completed according to contracts.
• Creates and distributes daily reports and ensures the job stays on schedule.
