Job summary

Fiesta Mart in Houston, TX is seeking a Restaurant Clerk (ages 16-17) to be a key contact for customers, assist with the preparation of El Super grilled and hot foods, and maintain a clean, inviting restaurant. Must be able to work nights and weekends, and read/understand simple instructions and memos.

Candidates should be able to read and write in Spanish/English and interact with the public and co-workers. Basic PC skills are helpful, and lifting up to 60 pounds may be required.

The Opportunity

The Restaurant Clerk position is one of the key contact points for our customers' service experience and will assist with the preparation of El Super grilled and hot food items, following precise company standards for preparation and presentation and maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant. Must be able to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.
Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to preparation, handling and serving food.
