Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the restaurant and maintaining cleanliness.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean spills with appropriate equipment.
• Perform minor repairs.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
• Maintain stocked cleaning supplies and coordinate with contracted cleaners.
