Eddie Merlot's is seeking a reliable dishwasher to support our kitchen teams and ensure superior guest service. You will clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans, maintain a clean dish room, and assist with general kitchen cleaning.

The role requires standing for long periods and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided, and the position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and sanitation standards to help deliver an outstanding dining experience

Formación

• Prior dishwashing experience preferred.
• Able to operate dish machine to company specifications.
• Manual dexterity to quickly load and unload items.
• Strong team-work orientation with ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Complete and pass required training modules.
• Know the weekly work schedule and arrive on time.
• Set up station and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using dish machine and by hand as needed.
• Store cleaned items in designated areas and assist with kitchen cleanliness.
