Job summary

Harri is seeking a Cleaning Crew member for TGI Friday’s locations to ensure clean and presentable dining environments that enhance guest experiences. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to cleaning protocols, and efficient task execution.

Responsibilities include sanitizing kitchen equipment, disposing of trash, and maintaining restroom and common area cleanliness while following food safety procedures and management directions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning restaurants and equipment is a plus.
• Must be able to work with team members.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Thorough and detail oriented.
• Able to adapt and take direction.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and initiative.
• Team player and good communicator.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and move sacks, cases, and bus tubs up to 20 times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow Friday’s cleaning standards as outlined in the cleaning system.
• Dispose of trash according to procedures.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and cooking equipment.
• Dust and clean windows, counters, tables, and woodwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, perimeter, and parking area.
• Work with a team and individually to complete tasks efficiently.
• Follow proper food/health safety precautions and processes.
• Perform duties as directed by management.
