Job summary

TGI Fridays is looking for a Dishwasher to provide guests and team members with clean utensils, plateware, glassware, and equipment in a fast-paced dining environment. You will maintain dishwashing areas, sanitize dishes, and ensure supplies are ready for service.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining the dish machine, cleaning the service area, and assisting with prep tasks as needed. A proactive, team-oriented attitude and adherence to sanitation standards are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform multiple tasks, while maintaining required standards of operation.
• Must follow handling and sanitation procedures to avoid breakage.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. frequently.
• Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Guests and Team Members with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware and equipment according to Ecosure standards.
• Ensure dishes and cookware are sanitized and available as needed.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine.
• Clean and sanitize service area and kitchen throughout shift.
• Complete assigned prep work and beautification duties.
• Troubleshoot dishwasher machine malfunctions.
• Keep supervisor informed of problems and take corrective action as needed.
