Job summary

Harri is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Crew member to ensure Friday’s restaurants are clean and presentable, enhancing guest experiences. You will follow cleaning standards, assist with trash disposal, and maintain cleanliness across kitchens, restrooms, and common areas.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, work well in a team or independently, and maintain professional appearance and safety practices on shift. Training and management direction will guide daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning restaurants and equipment is a plus.
• Must be able to work with Team Members.
• Must have professional appearance and conduct.
• Must be thorough and detail oriented.
• Ability to adapt and take direction.
• Must be able to work individually and as a part of a team.
• Must have strong work ethic and initiative.
• Must be a team player and good communicator.
• Lift and carry sacks, cases, and bus tubs up to 70 lbs up to 20 times per shift.
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe frequently.
• Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning standards as outlined in the cleaning system.
• Dispose of trash properly.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and cooking equipment.
• Dust and clean windows, counters, tables, and woodwork.
• Keep restroom, building perimeter and parking lot clean.
• Work with team or independently to complete tasks efficiently.
• Follow proper food/health safety precautions.
• Perform duties as directed by management.
