Job summary

Harri is seeking a Cleaning Crew member to help keep TGI Friday’s restaurants clean and presentable, ensuring a quality guest experience. You will follow cleaning standards, dispose of trash, and sanitize equipment and surfaces throughout the shift.

Work with team members or solo to complete tasks, maintain restroom and common areas, and uphold health and safety practices as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning restaurants and equipment a plus.
• Must be able to work with Team Members.
• Must have professional appearance and conduct.
• Must be thorough and detail oriented.
• Ability to adapt and take direction.
• Must be able to work individually and as a part of a team.
• Must have strong work ethic and initiative.
• Must be a team player and good communicator.
• Must be able to lift and carry sacks, cases, and bus tubs of up to 70 lbs, up to 20 times per shift; places these items on high shelves and in walk-in freezer.
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe frequently.
• Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow Friday’s cleaning standards as outlined in the cleaning system.
• Dispose of trash accordingly.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and cooking equipment.
• Dust and clean windows, counters, tables, and woodwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of restroom, perimeter of building and parking lot.
• Work with a team and individually to complete cleaning tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
• Follow proper food/health safety precautions and processes.
• Perform duties as directed by management.
