Job summary

SSP America is hiring a Restaurant Cashier in Denver, CO. You will process orders, handle payments, and assist guests with a range of hot and cold drinks and foods at airport venues. You’ll help keep the area clean, stock supplies, and support teammates throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service at a fast pace.
• Ability to handle cash and give correct change.
• Comfort with alcohol service where required.
• Basic food and beverage service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Receive payment and process change for customers.
• Serve cold, hot, and prepared drinks and a variety of foods.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas.
• Keep the work area clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning equipment and utensils.
• Position may require handling alcohol and following related safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Restaurant Cashier, here are few things you can expect:

• Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Receive payment from the customer and process change.
• Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Ensure that the work area is clean throughout the day.
• Clean equipment and utensils, removes trash, sweep and mop work area, dust and clean.
• postion requires the handling of alcohol
• Other duties as assigned.
