Mia's Table is hiring a friendly cashier to ensure smooth payments and provide outstanding guest service. You will greet customers, answer questions, take orders, and process transactions with accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include upselling, balancing cash, keeping the station tidy, and collaborating with servers and kitchen staff to deliver a great dining experience. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Basic math and cash handling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
• Provide friendly customer service and answer menu questions.
• Take and enter orders into the POS system; upsell where appropriate.
• Balance cash at shift start/end; maintain cash security.
• Maintain clean, organized cashier area and comply with health/safety rules.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Know menu, daily specials, and store policies to assist guests.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
