Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

• Knowledge of food and restaurant operations is a plus.
• Food Handler Certification and TABC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and process cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Greet customers and provide information about menu items, promos, and specials.
• Take orders in person or by phone and enter them into the POS system.
• Upsell beverages, desserts, or add-ons to enhance guest experience.
• Balance cash at start and end of shift and maintain a clean register area.
• Maintain cleanliness of cashier station and restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management for smooth service.
• Know menu items, daily specials, and restaurant policies to assist customers.
