Job summary

Velvet Taco in Richardson, TX is seeking team members for a fast-paced hospitality role. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate ringing in POS for dine-in, to-go, and call-in orders.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greets every Guest with a smile and positive attitude.
• Take Guests’ orders using the Velvet Taco steps of service.
• Ensure dine‑in, to‑go, and call‑in orders are properly rung up in the POS.
• Handle all cash, credit card, and gift card transactions.
• Check identification before serving alcohol according to state law.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized service area.
• Have full knowledge of all food & beverage menu items.
• Maintain a driven, intense pace with good cleaning habits throughout the shift.
• Other functions as assigned by management.
• Have fun and Kick Ass.
