Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of aRestaurant Busser for the Gold ‘N Silver Inn. The Gold ’N Silver is Reno’s oldest casual dining restaurant and has been a Reno landmark for over 60 years.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Identification that establishes identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables promptly.
• Refill water and assist guests as directed by service staff.
• Support servers and bartenders during peak periods.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, service stations, and guest areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Speed, accuracy, and reliability in table turnover.
• Professional conduct and situational awareness.
• Immediate reporting of safety or sanitation concerns.
