Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. (JEI) is seeking a part-time Bartender for the Gold ’N Silver Inn in Reno, NV. Prepare and serve beverages, engage guests, and support service staff to ensure outstanding hospitality.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and bar experience preferred. Compliance with responsible alcohol service and safety policies is essential, with opportunities for referral bonuses and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Beverage knowledge and prior bar service experience are preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Identification establishing identity and work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Engage guests and build repeat business through hospitality.
• Maintain bar inventory, cleanliness, and preparation levels.
• Monitor guest intoxication and intervene as required.
• Support servers with beverage orders.
• Ensure beverage quality and consistency.
• Practice cost awareness and waste control.
• Uphold bar safety and allergen controls.
• Refuse service according to policy when needed.
• Ensure glassware cleanliness and proper storage.
