Job summary

Flanigan's Enterprises in Boca Raton, Florida is looking to hire Bussers who support the dining experience by cleaning and preparing tables. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in the dining and bar areas, assisting servers, and following sanitation policies. The ideal candidate must be able to lift heavy items and work in a high temperature environment. Benefits include a five-day work week, vacation packages, health insurance options, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Can reach, bend, stoop frequently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in damp, high temperature environment, indoors and minimally outdoors.
• Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program.
• Complete and pass food safety certification program.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies.
• Cleans and sets up table for new guests in a timely manner.
• Assists guests by clearing dishes and glassware.
• Removes all trash and debris from bar and dining area floors.
• Maintains restroom cleanliness.
• Ensures all high chairs/booster seats are sanitary.

Skills
