Job summary

Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is seeking a Busser who will brighten guests' experiences by delivering warm hospitality and keeping dining areas organized. You will support servers, clear and reset tables, and maintain clean, stocked stations to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of restaurant experience and is eager to grow in hospitality, with full availability seven days a week including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
• Clear and transport tableware: Remove dishware, glassware, and silverware at the end of meal service and deliver them to the dishwashing area for cleaning
• Manage service stations: Make sure the service stations are always fully stocked, clean, and ready for service
• Support table service: Assist servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed
• Prepare tables for dining: Clear and reset tables with clean serviceware to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being

Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is one of the most anticipated hotel openings in the region, ideally located in the heart of downtown with direct skywalk access to both the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium — and just seven miles from the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. With seven distinct dining experiences including a top-level sky lounge, premium wellness offerings, and the largest ballroom in Indiana, this property is set to redefine the luxury hospitality experience in Indianapolis.
