Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Banquet Server to provide courteous, professional service during banquets, conferences, and special occasions. You will ensure timely service and maintain cleanliness throughout banquet areas in alignment with our standards.

The role requires lifting capabilities, adherence to safety policies, and collaboration with the Convention Center Manager and Banquet Captain to prepare rooms for each event.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent.
• Year Food or Beverage Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves at Food and Beverage functions in accordance with Banquet Event Orders and policies.
• Greets guests and provides professional, courteous service; assists in setting banquet rooms with linen, silverware, china and glassware.
• Stocks service areas with coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
• Bus and clear during and after service; reset/refresh room for next event.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and complete required computer-based training.
