Hilton Bellevue is seeking a qualified Line Cook to join Solarium Kitchen + Bar in Bellevue, WA. The role is full-time with a pay range of $22.00–$24.00 hourly. Duties include food prep, guest interaction, and maintaining a clean kitchen.

Qualifications include 2+ years as a line cook or in food prep, a valid Food Handler's permit, and strong communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; banquet or large-event experience is a plus.

T he Hilton Bellevue is currently seeking a qualified LineCookto join our busy team at Solarium Kitchen + Bar!!

Duties Include:

• Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Wash, cut and prepare items to be used in the preparation of a variety of food items
• Effectively communicate with Kitchen and restaurant teams, to ensure a seamless guest experience and high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Prepare ingredients as instructed, and in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist dishwashing team with washing and sorting dishes, general cleaning of the kitchen, and trash removal, as needed

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ year food prep and line cook experience
• Current and valid Food Handler's permit, along with a good understanding of food safety and health code rules
• The ability to communicate and respond with members at all levels of the organization
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and mid shifts, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Previous banquet or large event experience a plus!
