Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays.
• Ability to move quickly in a busy restaurant environment.
• Willingness to assist across front-of-house as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables and reset for guests.
• Keep dining areas tidy and restock napkins/condiments; empty trash as needed.
• Replenish silverware, plates, and glassware; maintain bussing stations.
• Provide polite, attentive service and alert servers to guest needs.
• Transport food orders to tables; ensure correct temperature and tickets.
• Be familiar with menu to answer basic questions and accommodate dietary notes.
• Describe dishes briefly; maintain friendly professionalism with guests.
• Assist with plating/garnishing and communicate delays to kitchen.
• Organize and monitor orders; double-check tickets for specifications.
• Inspect dishes for presentation, temperature, and accuracy before service.
• Act as liaison between kitchen and front-of-house; update on status.
• Prioritize orders during peak hours and organize trays for runners.
