thindmanagement in Houston, TX is seeking a Restaurant Busser to help maintain a welcoming dining room. You will clear and reset tables, support servers, and keep surfaces clean to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for new customers.
• Reset tables with clean utensils, glassware, and napkins for the next service.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
• Monitor the dining area for cleanliness and replenish supplies (e.g., napkins, condiments).
• Help maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the dining room and restroom facilities.
• Assist in maintaining the flow of service by communicating effectively with kitchen and service staff.
• Support the team during peak hours by anticipating needs and helping wherever possible.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in all aspects of the job.
