Job description

Seeking candidates with outgoing, friendly personalities to assist restaurant servers with bussing tables at The Smokehouse for breakfast, lunch & dinner!

Tips are based on how much the busser assists their assigned server each shift.

Dining Room Hosts/Bussers are responsible for:

• Clear and sanitize tables for servers when guests depart and reset the table appropriately for the next guest.
• Run food / assist assigned server with carrying food to tables.
• Maintaining restaurant buffets to ensure food stays replenished throughout the time period offered.

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs on a frequent basis and be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
• Available days or nights during summer months preferred; weekends & holidays required.
