Summary:

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

1. A public area attendant will assist the team in providing highest quality of service and cleanliness in the public areas of hotel.
2. Restock linen closets, linen and storage rooms with linen and supplies.
3. When necessary, strip guest rooms of linen and trash.
4. Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells.
5. Lobby: Clean registration desk, vacuum, clean fingerprints off glass doors.
6. Public Restrooms: Clean sink, toilet, mop floor - replenish supplies as needed.
7. Pool Area: Replenish supplies as needed; take out all the trash; clean glass doors and any residue from the tables. Check the water level in the Spa and check the bromine level.
8. Exercise Room: clean all mirrors, wipe all equipment; take out trash; run vacuum cleaner; clean glass doors.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

1. The public area attendant in this entry level position will have the desire to take initiative and be self-motivated.
2. Desire to take initiative and self-motivate.
3. Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills.
4. A certification sign off after completing training.
5. The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally. As well as the ability to move and stand for extended periods of time.
