We are looking for a Busser to support our wait staff and set up our dining areas. Responsibilities include serving plates, glasses, and silverware, refilling beverages, and cleaning tables. Responsibilities

1. Prepare dining areas before guests are seated.
2. Decorate tables with candles, napkins, linens, and flowers.
3. Place tableware and condiments on tables.
4. Serve water and welcome snacks, like breadsticks.
5. Refill beverages and take orders.
6. Remove dirty utensils and replenish as needed.
7. Provide special silverware sets to families with young children.
8. Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
9. Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.

Skills

1. Work experience as a Busser, Food Runner, or other entry-level restaurant role is a plus.
2. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
3. Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
4. Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
