Job summary

Loews Arlington Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Busperson to maintain clean dining spaces and assist servers to ensure a welcoming guest experience from start to finish. The role emphasizes efficient table clearing, resetting, and supporting service flow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables quickly and thoroughly.
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and menus.
• Support servers by delivering food, beverages, condiments, and guest requests.
• Refill water and beverages as needed to enhance service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, service stations, and tray stands.
• Remove trash and keep waste areas tidy and sanitary.
• Respond to spills promptly to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Stock service areas with silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
• Assist with restocking items needed during service.
• Help prepare dining areas for the next shift or meal period.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests when approached.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned
