Loews Miami Beach Hotel is hiring a Restaurant Busperson to keep dining spaces clean and welcoming, assist servers, and ensure a smooth guest experience. You will clear and reset tables, deliver items, and help maintain a pristine dining area for guests and team members.

We value friendly, dependable individuals with strong teamwork skills who can work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays, dishes and supplies.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: prior restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Preferred: high school diploma or equivalent.

• Clear and clean tables quickly and thoroughly.
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and menus.
• Support servers by delivering food, beverages, condiments, and guest requests.
• Refill water and beverages as needed to help service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, stations and tray stands.
• Remove trash and keep waste areas tidy and sanitary.
• Respond to spills promptly to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Stock service areas with silverware, glassware, napkins and condiments.
• Assist with restocking items needed during service.
• Help prepare dining areas for the next shift or meal period.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests when approached.
• Regular attendance and ability to work varying schedules.
