Job summary

Loews Arlington Hotel in Arlington, TX is seeking a friendly Restaurant Busperson to keep dining areas inviting and efficient. You will clear and reset tables, support servers, and help maintain clean service stations in a fast-paced resort setting.

You'll work evenings and weekends, join a team that values teamwork and guest care, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience across multiple dining venues in a large, vibrant property.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, dishes, and supplies.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables quickly and thoroughly.
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and menus.
• Deliver food, beverages, and guest requests to tables.
• Stock service areas with silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
• Assist with restocking items during service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.

What You Will Do

• Clear and clean tables quickly and thoroughly
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and menus
• Support servers by delivering food, beverages, condiments, and guest requests
• Refill water and beverages as needed to enhance service flow
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, service stations, and tray stands
• Remove trash and keep waste areas tidy and sanitary
• Respond to spills promptly to ensure guest and staff safety
• Stock service areas with silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments
• Assist with restocking items needed during service
• Help prepare dining areas for the next shift or meal period
• Provide courteous assistance to guests when approached
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Include
