Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks a senior program leader to govern QSR engagements, align stakeholders, and drive Now/Next/Future roadmaps across multi-country restaurant operations. You will manage governance, scope, risks, and executive communications while coordinating with franchise teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure feasible, data-driven outcomes.

The role requires deep BOH knowledge, hands-on BOH platform experience, and the ability to translate findings into actionable business

Qualifications

Experience with QSR technology platforms and back-of-house processes.
Proven ability to design and manage integrations across POS, BOH, and enterprise data platforms.
Experience leading multi-country QSR programs, localization, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

Own engagement governance, scope, quality, risks and executive communication.
Align Wendy's stakeholders on hypotheses, priorities and decision points.
Integrate workstream findings into the business case and Now / Next / Future roadmap.
Facilitate steering reviews and secure decisions on trade-offs and dependencies.
Trace supplier-to-margin lifecycle and validate restaurant operating practices.
Assess theoretical vs. actual food cost, recipe yield, waste, inventory and purchasing drivers.
Identify operational leakage hypotheses and quantify opportunities where data permits.
Ensure recommendations are practical for restaurant and franchise operations.
