Job summary

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants seeks a Restaurant Beverage Manager with at least 2 years of restaurant management experience to support the Sr. Bar Manager/Sommelier and lead the cocktail, beer, and wine program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience is required.
• Skilled in developing guest rapport and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage beverage inventories, costs, pricing, and vendor relationships; support the Sr. Bar Manager/Sommelier.
• Lead pre-shift meetings; oversee opening/closing shifts and nightly numbers review.
• Organize smooth daily operations to ensure exceptional guest and employee experiences.
• Provide guidance to hourly and management teams; foster our Culture of Caring.
• Respond promptly to guest and employee needs and feedback.
• Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales, and business growth.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of BOH staff.
• Perform inventories, place orders, inspect deliveries; track high-cost items.
• Model teamwork and handle challenges with tact and courtesy.
• Work varying shifts across multiple sites; travel as needed; lift up to 50 lbs.
